5. AI-Generated Content

Our AI-powered features generate travel itineraries based on your inputs. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content is provided as suggestions only
• We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or suitability
• You are responsible for verifying all information
• Travel decisions and bookings are made at your own risk
• We are not liable for any issues arising from AI-generated recommendations

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
• Spam, harass, or abuse other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform
• Interfere with platform operation or security

The Travo platform, including its design, features, and original content (excluding user-generated content), is owned by JCH Company Limited and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our platform without explicit permission.

Our platform may contain links to third-party websites, services, or integrations. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these third parties. Your use of third-party services is subject to their terms and conditions.

9. Fees and Payments

Currently, Travo is free to use. We reserve the right to introduce paid features or subscriptions in the future. If we do, we will provide advance notice and updated terms.

TRAVO IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING:

• Warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, or completeness of content
• Warranties that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Warranties regarding security or data protection

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JCH COMPANY LIMITED SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
